€ 10Compassionate communication is a communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg focuses on three aspects of communication: self-empathy (defined as a deep and compassionate awareness of one’s own inner experience), empathy (understanding and sharing an emotion expressed by another), and honest self-expression (defined as expressing oneself authentically in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others).
Non violent Communication is to improve compassionate connection to others, it has also been interpreted as a spiritual practice, a set of values, a parenting technique, an educational method and a worldview.
In one basic course you will learn the basic principles. You know to sort your emoticons and get in Touch with Your needs and ask For them without claiming. The other person will feel free and happy to give you the present you asked for. After attending this mini-workshop-interactive-lecture you know the basic principles and if your interested to practice it is wise to come to the one day workshop. of course with 10% discount if you have jont the lecture.
